Built for UK air con installers

Survey, design and quote before you leave the drive.

FoxFace turns a 45-minute site visit into a signed job. Room-by-room heat load, a scaled layout your customer actually understands, a branded proposal and the deposit taken — on your phone, on the driveway.

Six tools, three evenings, one lost job

Most installers survey on paper, size in a spreadsheet, draw in something that was never meant for this, quote in Word and chase the deposit by text. The customer waits four days — and calls someone else.

Tuesday, the old way

  • Tape measure, notepad, four photos you can't identify by Friday
  • Sizing "by the square metre" — oversize it and hope
  • Two hours at the kitchen table writing the quote up
  • Emailed as a PDF. No signature, no deposit, no idea if it was opened
  • Chasing three quotes on a Sunday night

Tuesday, with FoxFace

  • Room dimensions in as you measure — plan draws itself
  • Heat load computed live, with the breakdown you can show them
  • Unit shortlist ranked by fit, efficiency and installed price
  • Branded proposal generated and e-signed on the spot
  • Deposit on card, Klarna or Direct Debit before you drive off
What changes

The difference is measured in evenings

Survey to signature
41minutes

Doorbell to deposit, on the same visit. Not "quote sent within 48 hours" — signed, paid and booked in before the van's in gear. That is the whole product in one number.

Sizing

A load breakdown, not a guess

Fabric, glazing, orientation, occupancy and air change rate, computed room by room and shown as four components. The customer sees why it's a 3.5 and not a 2.5, and the haggling stops.

Quotes issued

2.3× more per surveyor

Before FoxFace vs. after

Nothing goes home in a notebook to be written up later, so nothing sits in the pile. The quote leaves the property with you.

Data flow

One record, start to finish

The survey feeds the design, the design feeds the quote, the quote feeds the install pack. Nothing is typed twice.

Compliance

F-Gas that logs itself

Charge, pressure test and commissioning recorded against the job as you do them. The register is a by-product, not a Sunday job.

Payments

Money before you leave

CardKlarnaDirect DebitFinance

Collected against the signed proposal, at cost through the provider you connect. No commission on your work, ever.

The platform

Everything between the doorbell and the deposit

One record per job. The survey feeds the design, the design feeds the quote, the quote feeds the install pack.

Live heat-load engine

Envelope, solar, occupancy and infiltration computed room by room as you type. The customer sees why 2.5 kW is the right answer — not a guess.

Scaled layouts, no CAD

Drag walls to resize. Place the indoor head, drop the condenser, route the pipework. Pipe run, core positions and service clearances come out automatically.

Multi-split and blocks

Size a five-room multi-split against a single condenser, or roll one design across 40 identical apartments in a block without redrawing anything.

Proposals that close

Your logo, your terms, your margin. Itemised, e-signable, and tracked — you know the second it's opened.

Deposits on the driveway

Card, Klarna or Direct Debit, collected against the signed proposal. Money in before the van's in gear.

F-Gas and handover

Refrigerant charge, pressure test and commissioning logged against the job. Certificates and the customer pack generate themselves.

Aurora, your AI foreman

"What's unquoted over £2k?" "Draft a follow-up to Priya." "Which jobs need an F-Gas check this month?" Ask in words, get the answer and the action.

Scheduling and service

Survey, install and annual service on one board. Recurring service visits raise themselves twelve months out.

Numbers that matter

Win rate by surveyor, average job value, quote-to-signature time, and what's actually sitting in the pipeline this week.

Walk through every screen

How it works

Four steps, one visit

Book it in

Lead lands from your site or the phone. Job record opens, survey slot goes on the board, customer gets a confirmation.

Survey the room

Width, length, ceiling, glazing, orientation. The plan and the load build themselves while you talk.

Design and price

Pick the unit from the ranked shortlist. Pipe run, materials and labour price up against your rate card.

Sign and collect

Proposal on the tablet, signature on the glass, deposit taken. Install date confirmed before you leave.

The customer side

Your customers get their own account

Everything you build in FoxFace has a homeowner-facing half, in your branding. They price the job themselves at midnight, book the survey, sign the quote and watch the install land — without ringing you.

Instant online estimate

Five plain-English questions — which room, how big, how much sun, who uses it, where to send it. The same engine you survey with runs underneath, so the number they see online is the number you'd have given them.

  • Three packages priced off your rate card, inc VAT
  • Running cost per year, so cheap units stop looking cheap
  • Books the survey straight into your diary as a real job
See the homeowner configurator

A tracked job, not a mystery

One link, no password to forget. They see where the job is up to, sign the quote, pay the deposit, download the paperwork and message you — all in one place.

  • Live progress from enquiry through to handover
  • E-signature and deposit on the same screen
  • Certificates, warranty and service plan afterwards

From the vans

Installers don't want software. They want to be home by six.

“I used to quote three jobs on a Sunday. Now I leave the drive with the deposit taken and Sunday's mine again.”

Dean Marchetti
Marchetti Climate, Kent

“Showing the customer the load breakdown ended the haggling. They can see why it's a 3.5, not a 2.5.”

SH

Northgate Air, Manchester

“We did a 44-flat block in two days. Design once, roll it across the stack, print the install packs.”

Questions

The things installers actually ask

Is the heat load calculation good enough to design from?

The engine works room by room from fabric, glazing, orientation, occupancy and air change rate, and shows you every component rather than a single number. In this demo build the model is deliberately simplified and clearly labelled as such — a production deployment is calibrated against your regional design conditions and signed off by your own engineer.

What if there's no signal at the property?

Surveys are captured locally and sync when you get a bar back. You can complete a full survey, design and proposal offline; the signature and deposit go through as soon as you reconnect.

Do you take a cut of the job?

No. You pay a flat monthly seat price. Payment processing is at cost through the provider you connect.
