The money questions
Is the 20% annual discount something I can actually buy?
Yes. The toggle at the top of this page sets the billing period, that period is carried into sign-up, and the same toggle exists in Settings so you can move between monthly and annual whenever you like. Switching to annual mid-term credits the unused portion of the month against the new term.
Do you take a cut of the job?
No. You pay a flat monthly seat price. Payment processing is at cost through the provider you connect — we don't sit in the middle of it and we don't mark it up.
What counts as a seat?
A person who logs in and surveys, designs or quotes. Office staff who only view jobs and send paperwork don't need one. Extra seats on any plan are charged pro rata for the rest of the month.
Is there a contract?
Monthly, cancel any time, no exit fee. If you cancel you keep read-only access for 30 days to export your customers, jobs and documents.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing automatic — there's no card on file to charge. The account pauses and everything you built during the trial stays there until you pick a plan.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Up at any time, charged pro rata from the day you move. Down at the next renewal, so you're never paying for a seat you've already stopped using.
Do you charge for the homeowner configurator?
No. It's on every plan including Starter, because a quoting tool that can’t take enquiries from your own website is only doing half the job.
