At £49 a month the plan costs about £588 a year — less than the margin on a single lounge split. Everything past that is the evenings. Pay for the year up front and it is £468.

The money questions
Is the 20% annual discount something I can actually buy?
Yes. The toggle at the top of this page sets the billing period, that period is carried into sign-up, and the same toggle exists in Settings so you can move between monthly and annual whenever you like. Switching to annual mid-term credits the unused portion of the month against the new term.
Do you take a cut of the job?
No. You pay a flat monthly seat price. Payment processing is at cost through the provider you connect — we don't sit in the middle of it and we don't mark it up.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one office login — an owner or an admin. Surveyors and installers do not use a seat. The two are counted separately and only the first one is charged for. Office seats included: Solo 1, Crew 1, Firm 3, Group 5, Enterprise 10. Surveyors and installers covered, at no extra cost: Solo 0, Crew 5, Firm 15, Group 30, Enterprise unlimited. Extra office seats, on the plans that sell them, are £25 a month and are charged pro rata for the rest of the month.
Is there a contract?
Monthly, cancel any time, no exit fee. If you cancel you keep read-only access for 30 days to export your customers, jobs and documents.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes — on a demo. We walk you through it on your own jobs and answer whatever you throw at it. There is no self-serve sign-up: setting FoxFace up properly means loading your rate card and your prices, and that goes better with us in the room than with you guessing at it alone.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Up at any time, charged pro rata from the day you move. Down at the next renewal, so you're never paying for a seat you've already stopped using.
Do you charge for the homeowner configurator?
No. It's on every plan including Solo, because a quoting tool that can’t take enquiries from your own website is only doing half the job.
