The whole job, screen by screen

Doorbell to deposit, in forty-one minutes.

Nine screens, in the order you'd actually hit them on a Tuesday afternoon. Everything below is the real interface running on a demo firm's data — no video, no slideshow.

Forty-one minutes is the average survey-to-signed time across the FoxFace demo dataset.

One record per job, and it never leaves it

Every lead becomes a job the moment it lands, whether that's from the phone, your website form or the homeowner configurator. The survey, the design, the quote, the deposit, the install pack and the F-Gas record all hang off that one record.

  • Pipeline value and win rate on the same screen as the work
  • Anything unquoted for three days flags itself
  • A 44-flat block is one job, not forty-four

02 — The survey canvas

The plan draws itself while you're still talking

Width, length, ceiling height, glazing, orientation, how many people use the room. Type it in as you measure and the scaled layout builds in front of the customer — which is when they stop treating the visit as a sales call.

  • Drag walls to resize; everything downstream recalculates
  • Place the head on any elevation, drop the condenser outside
  • Pipe run, core positions and service clearances come out on their own
  • Works with no signal — it syncs when you get a bar back

03 — The breakdown

Four components, not one number

This is the screen that ends the haggling. Instead of "it needs a 3.5", the customer sees that 1.24 kW of it is the fabric, 0.86 kW is that south-west window, and shrinking the unit doesn't shrink the room.

  • Room by room, from fabric, glazing, orientation, occupancy and air change rate
  • Cooling and heating loads side by side
  • Calibrated to your regional design conditions, signed off by your engineer

04 — The shortlist

Ranked by fit, efficiency and your installed price

Not a catalogue. Four units that actually suit the load, each priced at what you would charge to fit it — equipment, labour, materials, mark-up and VAT, off your own rate card. List price never appears.

  • Single-split, multi-split against one condenser, or VRF
  • Running cost per year shown alongside, so cheap units stop looking cheap
  • Swap the unit and the proposal, install pack and margin all follow

Your logo, your terms, your margin

Generated from the design in one tap, itemised the way you itemise, and signed on the glass while you're still standing there. No PDF emailed on Thursday evening, no wondering whether it was opened.

  • Your branding on the document the customer keeps
  • E-signature with a timestamp and audit trail

Money in before the van's in gear

Collected against the signed proposal, on the same screen, in the same visit. Card, Klarna or Direct Debit — whichever gets it over the line — and the install date is confirmed before you've picked your bag up.

  • No commission on your work, ever
  • Processing at cost through your own provider

What's unquoted over £2k?
Four jobs, £14,180 in total. Two have been sitting more than three days — Halden Court (£61,200, awaiting signature since Friday) and D. Okafor. Want me to draft the follow-ups?
Yes, and book me in to chase Halden Thursday.

07 — Aurora

Your AI foreman, not a chatbot

Ask in the words you'd use on the phone. Aurora reads the same records you do, answers the question, and then does the thing — drafts the follow-up, books the chase, pulls the report.

  • "Draft a follow-up to Priya"
  • "Which jobs need an F-Gas check this month?"
  • "What's my win rate by surveyor this quarter?"

08 — The homeowner configurator

They price the job themselves at midnight

Five plain-English questions, on your own website, in your own branding. It runs the engine you survey with, so the online number and the surveyed number agree — and then it books the survey straight into your diary as a real job.

  • Three packages priced off your rate card, inc VAT
  • Running cost per year alongside the install price
  • Embeds on your existing site — no rebuild

A tracked job, not a mystery

One link, no password to forget. They watch the job move, sign, pay, download the paperwork and message you in one place — which is roughly four phone calls a job you stop having to take.

  • Live progress from enquiry through to handover
  • Certificates, warranty and service plan afterwards
  • All of it in your branding, not ours
